Unplugged project final event took place at Zaragoza, Spain on the 26
th of March 2015 where the results of the project were presented to invited experts in the field of electromobility. There was a live demonstration of static wireless charging of a light duty vehicle and a demonstration using a passenger vehicle of the RFID and camera-based system developed in Unplugged for the optimum alignment of the primary and secondary coils prior to EV charging. In a parallel session, EU projects that mainly focus on the dynamic EV charging and could be considered continuations of Unplugged project were presented. During this parallel session the concept and the main first year technical developments of FABRIC project were presented by the project manager Dr. Yannis Damousis.
