On the 28th of March 2017 the inauguration of VEDECOM’s e-road took place. The inauguration was accompanied by several demonstrations of dynamic wireless charging of the electric Vehicle used for the testing of the developed technologies, a Renault Kangoo. On site was also the test vehicle used by QUALCOMM, a diesel Kangoo featuring an electric load, which was being re-charged by the e-road. The demonstrations ended with a big success and It can be considered that the test site is now fully integrated and operational.
